In this session we hear about workforce matters from Jess Read, Deputy Chief Midwife for England, NHS England and NHS Improvement. Jess is joined by Akeisha Robinson from Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust, to share her experience with developing international recruitment.

We also hear from Professor Mary Dixon-Woods, Director of THIS Institute, about the role of evidence in improving safety in maternity care, or, 'Getting Better at Getting Better.'
